A local favorite nymph. There are a lot of yellow bugs in our streams, be it Yellow Sallys, Sulphers, or the underside of a chub. It's for this reason I believe yellow is such a good color for nymphs. Fish these in spring through summer. 
The UV Purple collar does a good job at giving the fly that extra "pizazz" I think give it all the more fish catching potential.
